    Northwest School Division is seeking a student-centered and relationship-focused educator for the position of Indigenous Student Success Teacher at Carpenter High School in Meadow Lake SK as part of an ISSI (Invitational Shared Services Initiative) partnership. This position will commence August 25, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027.  

    The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Education. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work with community partners, an understanding of land based education, familiarity with the Inspiring Success Framework and an understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action.
