We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader – Clinical to lead our Penrith clinic and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive healthcare services to our community.
About the Role
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys both clinical governance and operational leadership.
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Clinical, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of the Penrith clinic, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and culturally appropriate services. You will provide leadership to both clinical and administrative teams while overseeing quality improvement, accreditation, workforce management, and day-to-day clinic operations.
