We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHP) to join our team as Rural Remote Team Leader. Based in Tennant Creek, you will lead a small multidisciplinary team delivering outreach healthcare services to remote communities and outstations across the Barkly Region. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, provide clinical leadership, support staff development, and work closely with community members to deliver high-quality primary healthcare services. This role combines leadership, community engagement, public health, health promotion, chronic disease management and direct clinical service delivery to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal families living in remote areas.
Registered Nurse: $137,626.02 – $147,348.81 per annum
Aboriginal Health Practitioner: $120,919.82 – $128,634.50 per annum
