Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is a respected Government-approved contractor and supplier delivering land management and grounds maintenance services across Western Australia. Our experienced team of Indigenous and non-Indigenous professionals provide specialist services across environmental management, horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, revegetation, fencing and site rehabilitation projects.

Location: Kwinana Beach, WA
Roster: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm
Employment Type: Casual Contract – Full-Time Hours
Start Date: Immediate start available or within 1–2 weeks

  
  
The Role
This is a secure long-term grounds maintenance opportunity based on the Kwinana Strip, working within an established and supportive team.
Duties include:

  • Operating ride-on mowers and maintaining grassed areas
  • Whipper snipping and edging works
  • Weed control and weed spraying activities
  • Mulching and garden bed maintenance
  • Hedging and pruning works
  • General labouring and grounds upkeep duties
  • Assisting with site presentation and environmental maintenance activities
Preferred Experience & Requirements
  • Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with site OH&S procedures
  • Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment including ride-on mowers and whipper snippers
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work within a team environment
