Planting Labourer - Indigenous

IMS are currently looking to connect with Australian Indigenous candidates who may be interested in an upcoming winter planting role based out of Welshpool, commencing early June 2026.

This is a great opportunity to be part of meaningful environmental and land care work, with a supportive team and consistent hours over the winter season.

The role also offers stable, ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities and upskilling within the business.

Role details:

* Location: Welshpool (local work - home every night)
* Start: Early June 2026
* Hours: 6:00am starts | 8-10 hour days
* Monday to Friday (with some flexibility on days worked)
* Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour + penalties

We're ideally looking for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, reliable, and keen to contribute to hands-on planting and rehabilitation work.

Must be physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all-weather conditions. Previous labouring or landscaping experience is beneficial, but not essential.
