About the Role
Impact Services is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Program Facilitator to support the delivery of employment, training and community-based programs across Western Australia.
This role is about creating positive opportunities for people to build confidence, develop practical skills, strengthen their work readiness and take meaningful steps towards employment and personal success.
Working alongside mentors, facilitators and program staff, you will create engaging learning environments, facilitate group activities, encourage participation and support individuals to achieve their goals.
