CLINICAL LEAD – INDIGENOUS ADDICTION SERVICES (28-26)

Purpose of the Position: The Addictions Teamprovides direct clinical services to individuals and their families in need of counselling and case management. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality assessment and individual/group treatment/counselling intervention(s) following best practice recommendations. The Clinical Lead is a senior clinician and leader within the designated service. The Clinical Lead is a leader within the organization. The Clinical Lead provides clinical supervision, operational support, and leadership for the day-to-day operations of designated services, ensuring high quality and consistency of services that supports the mission, vision, core values and principles of the organization under the direction of the Program Manager and policy.
B’saanibamaadsiwin is an innovator in developing new programs and services through advocacy and system innovation. This program strives to harmonize traditional wellness and healing with contemporary approaches to treatment. This program has been established for over 35 years and has a stable health-allyship role between CMHAMPS and the Indigenous communities.
Education and Qualifications:
Salary scale: $38.36 – $48.39 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
