We’re looking for a passionate and culturally grounded Aboriginal Workforce Mentor Trainer or Trainee Trainer to deliver the 11055NAT Course in Mentoring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Mentors, a nationally accredited course that equips mentors with the skills to support others into sustainable employment, build confidence and strengthen workplaces.
You don’t need to be an experienced Trainer to apply. If you have strong mentoring, community, employment services or facilitation experience and an interest in developing your training skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details:
This position is identified for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and is intended to constitute a special measure under section 8 (1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), and section 57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1996 (NT).
