Native Title Services Goldfields is the recognised native title service provider for the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.
Native Title Services Goldfields’ primary function is to protect and advance the native title rights and interests of the native title claimants and holders of the Goldfields Region. This includes assisting claimants to have their native title rights and interests recognised by the Australian legal system.

We are seeking applications for the position of Aboriginal Engagement and Field Officer. We would love to hear from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people who are interested in a rewarding role for a values driven organisation within the Not-For-Profit sector.
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have:
- Ability and willingness to travel and to stay for one or more nights in locations across the Goldfields.
- Ability and willingness to assist with critical fieldwork and meeting logistics, including packing and unpacking of vehicles, set up and pack down of events, restocking travel supplies, transporting catering and other meeting supplies, refuelling vehicles, and driving in regional and remote locations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with NTSG’s Aboriginal constituents on native title related matters.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and confidence with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Well developed organisational and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being part of a team.
- Ability to help improve the Aboriginal cultural competence of the organisation in relation to achieving native title outcomes, and in working effectively and respectfully with NTSG’s constituents and Aboriginal employees.
- Capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- A current WA driver’s licence
- Current National Police Clearance which is less than six months old.
