Job Description:
Sun Life’s Chief Technology Office (CTO) Employee Experience Delivery (EED) team’s goal is to provide a frictionless technology experience to all Sun Life employees, focusing on enterprise tools that enhance productivity and collaboration (such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and more).
The team supports internal IT partners by providing guidance and solutions in the areas of communication, adoption, change management and training. By fostering strong relationships with these teams and other employees, the EED team provides services that are employee-centred and advocates for their needs.
The Specialist’s responsibilities will focus on supporting the overall goal of providing a frictionless technology experience – through end-user communication, driving adoption, fostering peer-to-peer learning, employee listening, data analysis and much more. The Specialist will work with subject matter experts to create end-user communications and documentation which will enable all employees to effectively use the available tools and services. Representing the voice of the user, the Specialist will contribute to proactive service improvements, which will require collaboration across the CTO and IT groups.
Applicants should be detail-oriented, creative in developing communication materials, have strong collaboration skills, and thrive in a deadline- and objectives- oriented environment. They should also have proven experience communicating the value of technology solutions to non-technical business audiences.
Term Length: 4-months (January - April 2026)
What will you do?
Develop communication material, service documentation and best practices to support increased adoption and effectiveness of services
Manage peer-to-peer learning and adoption platforms for collaboration and productivity tools
Gather employee feedback about collaboration and productivity tools
Analyze data and create reports with recommendations
Support change management projects as needed
What do you need to succeed?
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Empathy
Attention to detail
Ability to build effective working relationships across both business and technical teams
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
Excellent PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online)
Video editing skills would be considered an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
