What’s the role?
This role sits within the Product Governance & Business Controls & Monitoring (BCM) Centre of Excellence and is part of Westpac’s Mob Way program a culturally grounded pathway into senior leadership for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As a Senior Manager, you’ll design, build and operate AI-enabled and automated solutions that uplift group wide Risk Practices, improve insight quality, and reduce reliance on manual processes.
Furthermore, you will ensure solutions are explainable and auditable to meet AI risk standards, acts as an escalation point for complex matters, evolving risk standards/tooling, and mentoring team members.
Through Mob Way, you’ll be supported with strong executive connection, opportunities to build your networks, and dedicated time for community connection and elder-led cultural immersion.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney, with working options available.
