Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a values-driven leader to shape and deliver First Nations Education strategy across our 39 schools, supporting over 17,000 students across Tasmania. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful, long-term impact in partnership with Aboriginal students, families, Elders and communities.

What you’ll impact:

• Stronger outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
• Deeper partnerships with students, families, Elders and communities
• Culturally safe practice embedded across 39 schools

What you’ll do:

• Set direction and lead delivery across the system
• Strengthen engagement and community voice
• Support and guide a statewide network of educators
• Influence practice where it matters, in schools
