Acuren is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Indigenous Relations Advisor to support our operations across Canada. This intermediate-level role is foundational to advancing Acuren’s Indigenous Relations commitments while strengthening our market position and supporting sustainable business growth.
This position is an intermediate level role, that supports the organization at the country level. The role partners closely with Operations, General Managers, Business Development, Procurement, HR, and Executive Leadership to strengthen Indigenous partnerships that enhance market access, support contract acquisition, mitigate project risk, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

The incumbent will be deeply engaged in Indigenous communities, passionate about relationship-building, and committed to creating meaningful opportunities for Indigenous peoples. This role is foundational to delivering Acuren’s Indigenous Relations commitments as outlined in the Project Charter and the Indigenous Relations Policy.
