SCOPE:
The Indigenous Healthy Babies Healthy Children Worker is responsible to ensure that all Indigenous families and their children (prenatal to age 6) who need assistance with physical, emotional, mental and social issues have access to effective, consistent, early intervention services.
The Indigenous Healthy Babies Healthy Children Worker provides the best opportunities for healthy child development through home visiting, service coordination, parenting groups, cultural teaching, traditions, and referrals.

The full salary range for this role is $49,500- $60,778 ONWA conducts annual performance reviews, and employees may be eligible for salary adjustments based on performance outcomes and available funding.
