The First Nations Health Consortium Ltd. of Alberta (FNHC) is looking to hire an Indigenous Access Worker. This position is the first point of contact for families and service providers seeking supports to meet a child’s needs.
An Access Worker listens, asks questions and gathers important information from a caller and connects the family to FNHC Regional Service Coordinators, Support Services Team, or other resources, as appropriate.
Working to uphold Jordan's Principle, the Consortium provides a 'service coordination' role in Alberta for all First Nation children living on or off reserve and serves as the link between any First Nation child and the service or program need for the child.
