Join The BUSY Group as a First Nations Specialist Mentor, where your cultural knowledge, community connections and mentoring strengths will make a genuine impact every day.
As a First Nations Specialist Mentor, you’ll walk alongside apprentices, employers and community stakeholders to strengthen engagement, wellbeing, retention and successful completion. Through culturally safe, relationship‑based mentoring, you’ll help apprentices overcome barriers, build confidence and stay connected to both their workplace and cultural identity.
