CAMPAIGN | Perth Airport - Indigenous Customer Service Ambassador
ISS Facility ServicesWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Indigenous Customer Service Attendants to join our Aviation and Transport Team at Perth Airport on a Casual basis.
Exciting opportunities exist at ISS to pursue a career in the Aviation sector with our pathway for our Indigenous Customer Service candidates to transition into a Security role at Perth Airport.
Role Details:
Reporting to the Indigenous Coordinator and supported by a collaborative supervisory team, you will work in a welcoming and inclusive environment delivering customer service across passenger screening points at Perth Airport. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. A typical day will involve providing friendly, respectful, and consistent customer service to travellers, while helping to efficiently manage the flow of passengers through the terminals. You will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive, and professional environment for both customers and colleagues.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service or a keen interest in working in a dynamic airport environment
- Ability to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening
- The ability to obtain an ASIC card sponsored by ISS (No criminal history within the last 10 years)
- Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and have own reliable vehicle
- 24/7 Availability to work on a rotating roster
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
