With our team in a phase of hyper-growth, we need a proactive Intern to step in as the backbone of our data operations. You’ll help us manage the momentum of a $3B portfolio, providing the research and marketing support that keeps us at the top of the Quebec multi-residential market.

Where You’ll Make An Impact:

• Support the team’s growth by maintaining our extensive client and transaction database, ensuring our originators have accurate intel to move quickly.
• Work alongside Senior Analysts on high-level financial reviews, gaining a foundational understanding of how complex multi-residential deals are structured.
• Contribute to deal valuations by sourcing critical sales and rent comparables, learning how to benchmark properties against the current Quebec market.
• Assist in drafting data-driven Mortgage Presentations (CIMs) and location reviews, helping the team tell a compelling story for every transaction.
• Participate in the full deal lifecycle by organizing data and conducting research that directly informs our senior team’s decision-making process.

What We Value:

• Currently enrolled in 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th year of post-secondary education, majoring in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• You are analytical and a natural problem-solver, demonstrated through your ability to build and organize complex data in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are naturally curious, unafraid to ask questions, and genuinely excited to dive into the world of real estate finance.
• You have a "double-check" mindset, ensuring your work is organized and free of errors before it hits a manager's desk.
• You are confident in your written and verbal skills in both English and French.
