About the role
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and motivated Administrative Officer to provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support across the team. This role is well suited to a young person with existing admin experience who is keen to further develop their skills and build a long‑term career.
The position is busy, varied, and integral to the smooth operation of the workplace.
A typical day involves supporting staff across the organisation by ensuring meetings are well organised, documentation is accurate and distributed promptly, invoices and bookings are processed efficiently, and events and consultations are well coordinated. The role plays a key part in keeping the team organised, informed, and operating effectively.
