Fremantle Ports refreshed 2027 Strategic Plan marks an exciting new chapter for one of Australia’s most successful ports. Building on decades of expertise, we’re setting a bold vision for the future, and we need an experienced, values-driven Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator to help make it happen.
You’ll coordinate the initiatives within Fremantle Ports’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and advance the organisation’s appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories; as well as taking a lead role to establish and maintain relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Role Highlights
As Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator, you will meaningfully influence the outcomes of the RAP leading to improved recruitment and procurement outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the community. You won’t be doing this alone, you’ll join a tight-knit team who pride themselves on excellent service and delivery of effective solutions.
