As the result of an internal promotion, AWAHS is seeking an Administration & Services Manager.  This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a senior management role with Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS).

About the Role
As the Administration & Services Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the organisation’s administration, transport, and support services. You will manage and support the administration team in a fast-paced environment supporting our local community health needs as well as providing a safe inclusive place for people to meet


You will also ensure that office systems, procedures and confidential records are maintained, as well as overseeing fleet management, including servicing, insurances and compliance whilst also controlling the daily transport services.
T
he smooth operation of facilities, equipment, and contracted services (cleaning, security, maintenance) is part of your role, along with monitoring budgets, resources and operational expenditure.

This is a rewarding position where you will directly manage, supervise, and train staff, while contributing to the ongoing improvement and success of AWAHS.

Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Qualifications and/or significant experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in leading a high performing customer service team
  • Engaging and inclusive leadership style
  • Exceptional communicational skills and ability to motivate
  • Highly efficient organisational skills
  • Fleet management experience
  • Experience managing budgets and resources, including vehicle and building assets
  • Advanced knowledge of office systems and software programs
  • Ability to engage with the local Aboriginal community in a culturally safe and respectful way.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
