About the Project
ACCIONA delivers major rail upgrades as part of the Southern Program Alliance, removing level crossings and improving safety and reliability across Melbourne’s Frankston line. The program upgrades stations, rail infrastructure and surrounding precincts, creating long term improvements for local communities.
The Position
The Aboriginal Engagement Advisor has the prime responsibility of building the cultural competency of the Alliance. The role will aim to educate, guide and oversee the coordination of all aspects relating to cultural engagement both internally and externally to the Alliance. As a leader within the Alliance, you are an advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, creating a culturally safe workplace, driving employment and business opportunities and championing cultural education for the Alliance team.
