Join our team as an Indigenous Relations Sr. Advisor to lead strategic engagement initiatives and foster positive relationships between Hydro One and Indigenous communities across Ontario. You'll manage community consultation processes for major energy projects, provide expert advice on Indigenous rights and regulatory compliance, and develop relationship management plans with Indigenous leaders and government stakeholders. We're seeking a candidate with 8-10 years of experience in project management and Indigenous engagement, plus a university degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Sciences, or related field. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Indigenous-energy sector relations while supporting sustainable development throughout Ontario. Frequent travel required with remote work flexibility available.
Job Function:
Through collateral relationships with respect to the Sr Manager, Indigenous Relations, and within context provided by the Director (i.e., corporate strategies and policies, accountabilities, tasks, budget and programs, compliance and performance targets, expectations for continuous improvement, etc.).
