About the Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the firm. You’ll respond to service desk requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure our systems run smoothly. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement. We offer a professional environment where your contributions make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to service desk requests and incidents
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues
  • Provide remote support via Windows 10 & 11
  • Manage user accounts (creation and deletion)
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and external vendors
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant IT tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a helpdesk or similar environment
  • Proficiency in:
    • Windows 8 and Microsoft Office 2013
    • Active Directory and IT Helpdesk software
    • Digital Dictation Systems, antivirus and PC security
    • PC hardware, multifunction devices, and mobile device troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive mindset and drive to improve systems and service delivery
