With this enhanced understanding, ICBC is committed to making meaningful changes to better support Indigenous Peoples and communities. To further this important work, the Indigenous Relations department is evolving and expanding. As part of this growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Advisor, Indigenous Relations to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of Indigenous Relations programs across the organization. You will work with a talented and inclusive team of professionals in the development and implementation of ICBC’s Reconciliation Action Plan, to deliver on our organization’s Reconciliation journey commitments. You will be using your knowledge and lived Indigenous experience to advise senior leaders and executives on projects related to the action plan, as well as engaging with Indigenous Elders and communities to develop meaningful relationships.

This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site twice per week. While you’ll occasionally be expected to work from our North Vancouver Head Office for team or divisional meetings and events, we can explore the possibility of the selected candidate working from other ICBC offices across the Lower Mainland on the remaining in-office days, depending on departmental needs.
