About the role
As a new graduate Speech Pathologist, you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, alongside experienced clinicians and administrative support. Delivering an engaging, evidence-based therapy under the NDIS and other funding models to support children and adults in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
A structured 3-month onboarding plan will guide you, including a gradual caseload build-up, weekly supervision, peer mentoring, clinical huddles, wraparound team support, practical tools, and ongoing professional development—helping you to grow step by step into a confident, capable therapist.
