About Allnorth

BIG ENOUGH TO KNOW HOW, SMALL ENOUGH TO KNOW YOU

Allnorth is a multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company. We provide smart and practical project solutions to clients in the metals and minerals, energy and renewables, fiber and chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. With offices across Canada, and into the U.S. and Mexico, we continue to grow.

Our team is our most valuable asset, and a triple bottom line (TBL) philosophy is at the heart of our business. It takes a talented, motivated, and empowered team to delight our clients, driving profitability for all parties. When it comes to guiding principles, safety is part of our DNA, we are committed to building and nurturing Indigenous relationships, we support our communities, and we recognize the importance of environmental stewardship.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven business development professional with deep experience working alongside Indigenous Nations, communities, and development corporations. You understand how engineering consulting organizations operate and can connect partnership strategy to real business outcomes.

In this role, Allnorth will rely on you to strengthen, grow, and modernize Indigenous partnerships across Western Canada. Success is defined by trust, long-term collaboration, measurable partnership growth, and your ability to influence both internally and externally to create shared value.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will focus on building, maintaining, and expanding Allnorth’s Indigenous partnerships while supporting business development efforts across regions. Your day-to-day may include collaborating with regional operations teams, meeting with Indigenous partners, supporting major pursuits, attending conferences or community events, and ensuring that partnership strategies align with Allnorth’s broader business objectives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Canada, travelling as needed to build visibility, alignment, and strong working relationships with project teams, leadership, and partners.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, Indigenous relations, or partnership-focused roles
  • Bachelor’s degree is an asset but not required
  • Proven experience working with multiple Indigenous Nations, communities, and development corporations
  • Strong understanding of how an engineering consulting organization operates (engineering background not required)
  • Experience working in or with small enterprises, demonstrating adaptability and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Western Canada

What’s in it for you?

We believe that a happy and fulfilled team leads to exceptional results, which is why we offer a range of perks designed to support your well-being, career growth, and community engagement:

  • Work schedule and location flexibility to support work-life balance
  • Comprehensive benefits package including extended health and dental coverage and RRSP matching
  • Employee Assistance Program for team members and their families
  • A culture of respect and inclusivity that fosters long-term relationships and teamwork
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
  • Team Member Referral Program
  • Monthly “Lunch & Learn” sessions
  • Opportunities to get involved in social and safety committees, fundraising, and community initiatives (e.g. Movember, Pi Day, Food Banks, Women’s Shelters, Ronald McDonald House, Earth Day clean-ups, and more)

WE TAKE CARE OF YOU SO YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF OUR CLIENTS

In joining us, you’ll face rewarding, career-developing challenges that enable you to contribute to our clients’ successes. And despite how much we grow, you’ll never be just a number, but a vital member of the Allnorth team.

Engage with us at Allnorth and be empowered to enrich people’s lives — including your own.
