LITIGATION ASSOCIATE LAWYER
(Indigenous/Environmental Law)
VANCOUVER OFFICE (2-5 Years Call)

We have an immediate opening for a litigation lawyer to join our Vancouver office, working in our specialty litigation group, specifically on Indigenous and environmental litigation matters. We are interested in a service-oriented and responsive lawyer who is able to plan and deliver on complex files. Previous experience at a major law firm is preferred.

The successful candidate will bring strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, a solid grounding in public, administrative, and regulatory law, and a demonstrated interest in Indigenous legal issues and environmental regulation. The role requires comfort working on complex, high‑stakes matters involving project approvals, regulatory proceedings, and litigation, as well as the ability to engage thoughtfully and respectfully with Indigenous law considerations. Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Compensation: the typical salary range for this position is $130,000 - $185,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
