The Technology & Operations team play a critical role in driving innovation, resilience and sustainable technology that enables IAG to achieve its customer focused strategy.  We are the champions for GenAI, what we call ‘Inclusive Innovation’. Testing, building and adopting various tools to transform how we work and improve our customer experiences. 

 

These roles can be based out of Meanjin (Brisbane)⁠, Naarm (Melbourne)⁠, Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), commencing Monday 9 February 2026.

 

 You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas including technical and non-technical teams, with exposure to the following: 

  • Involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the IAG Technology strategy.  
  • Supporting our people to evolve resilient, scalable technology. 
  • Building reusable integration and automation assets.  
  • Delivering leading edge tooling and organisational optimisation. 
  • Designing how our customers, our brokers, our partners and our colleague interact digitally every day. 

 

 

Examples of teams you may work with are varied, such as, risk, strategy and planning, property, capability, operations, IT helpdesk, data and technology teams or software engineering and architecture.

Requirements 

 

  • You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • A university degree or higher (from 2023-2025) or be in your final year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2025
  • A credit average achievement (65%+)

 

This role is a designated role and only available to a person that identifies as Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander.
