The Opportunity

Someone who believes that further embedding reconciliation as a core workforce function that contributes to growing our vibrant First Nations workforce and providing equality for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Peoples matters.
Reporting to the Head of Talent this position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process that identifies, sources and sustains employment opportunities at St Vincent’s for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Providing specialist advice, including the design and delivery of effective talent acquisition exercises and programs, initiatives and programs is key.
