PURPOSE – why this role is important  
One of AFLNT flagship initiatives are the Indigenous Programs delivered throughout the Northern territory. The Indigenous Programs team are spread throughout First Nations communities in remote, regional and urban locations delivering place-based programs and competitions to support healthy communities and positive social outcomes.
The Indigenous Programs Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring all programs are maintained and delivered in a timely and professional manner. This role works closely with the team based throughout First Nations communities to support the ongoing operations, administration and resourcing for the team.
This role requires a highly organised and energetic person who can manage multiple tasks at once throughout various locations. There are intermittent travel requirements to remote and regional locations to support staff, program outcomes and events when required.
