Job Description

The Indigenous Employment Program (IEP) endeavours to support Indigenous people to gain employment and build meaningful careers at Crown Resorts. We collaborate extensively with employment service providers to create talent pipelines for our job openings. Since its inception in 2009, the program has provided more than 1,000 opportunities with a consistent focus on hiring, developing, and retaining team members.

The IEP places a strong emphasis on increasing Indigenous representation across Crown Perth via sustainable employment opportunities.
