HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements<\/h3>
18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare • 
<\/div>

<\/div>
1 hour Weekly visits, we will work out a time to suit your availability between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday.
