About the role
To support the growing First Nations team within ARRCS, we are currently recruiting a position – First Nations – RAP and Cultural Coordinator. This role is being recruited on a permanent, full-time basis and attracts a salary of $47.38-$50.99 / hour.
Based in our Darwin Office, this full-time role will see you overseeing the development and delivery of our organizations Reconciliation Action Plan, this includes chairing the RAP committee, developing strong connections with supporting providers, working with Reconciliations Australia and reporting to executive on progress, amendments and outcomes. In addition, you will work alongside our Cultural program supporting them on indigenous cultural advice and advocacy across our aged care operations to allow ARRCS to provide culturally appropriate care to our residents.
This role would ideally suit a positive and proactive candidate who has prior experience within project management ideally within a not-for-profit setting. You will have worked on RAP development previously and be able to advise and report on RAP objectives and outcomes. You will have strong organization skills, be able to work with people from multiple cultures.
