About the Role
Relationships Australia Queensland is seeking an experienced and passionate First Nations Practice Lead to provide cultural leadership and guidance in the delivery of high-quality services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
This is a significant opportunity to influence organisational practice, strengthen cultural capability across RAQ, and ensure our programs and services are inclusive, respectful, and responsive to First Nations peoples.
In this role, you will contribute to organisational initiatives, provide cultural knowledge and supervision, and lead the continuous improvement of RAQ’s cultural clinical capabilities.

You bring both lived experience as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and professional expertise in facilitating cultural knowledge, practice development, and workforce capability building.
