About the Program:
We are thrilled to introduce an innovative 12-month pilot program, crafted by First Nations people for First Nations people, aimed at nurturing growth and creating meaningful opportunities for mob within the Finance sector. This program is tailored to provide First Nations talent with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience across various teams, allowing you to explore your interests in a culturally safe and supportive environment. You'll have the opportunity to work and learn from a number of teams within Finance allowing you to discover where your strengths truly shine. You won't be navigating this journey alone; you'll be part of a Sydney based cohort of peers who are walking the same path.
Rotational Experience: Explore your interests and boost your skills over the12 month program, with rotations across three different teams . Find where you shine and shape your future. 
Exposure to Opportunities: From finance to analytics, learning coordination, project management and more - gain a broad skill set to launch a thriving career, all in a well-supported setting.
