With this enhanced understanding, ICBC is committed to making meaningful changes to better support Indigenous Peoples and communities. To further this important work, the Indigenous Relations department is evolving and expanding. As part of this growth, we are currently seeking an Indigenous Relations Coordinator to join our team.
The Indigenous Relations Coordinator will be a professional with extensive experience in end-to-end program and event coordination support, including event planning, promotion, venue management, participant feedback gathering and assessment for improving future events.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of Indigenous Relations programs across the organization. Your organizational skills and collaborative approach will help ensure the successful coordination and promotion of learning opportunities that foster cultural understanding and Reconciliation. Your ability to engage with diverse partners and communities will be essential in enhancing program reach and impact.

Please note: This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site twice per week. While you’ll occasionally be expected to work from our North Vancouver Head Office for team or divisional meetings and events, we can explore the possibility of the selected candidate working from the Burnaby or Vancouver locations on the remaining in-office days, depending on departmental needs.
