You will be part of Hatch’s Environment, People, and Place consulting team that collaborates with clients, rightsholders, communities, stakeholders, and Hatch’s engineering teams to create mutually beneficial and sustainable solutions in the metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors. This opportunity is unique: Hatch’s wealth of technical engineering, environmental permitting, and community and Indigenous experience combines to create an inclusive vision for clients’ projects, which we help make a reality.
Hatch is currently seeking a Community and Indigenous Analyst / Consultant, which will be an integral part of a growing team. While your responsibilities will be focused on social performance and community and Indigenous engagement, you will have opportunities to support engagements across environmental and placemaking disciplines, with training and support as your career grows.

Preferred: “Go-getter” attitude, optimistic and resilient, ability to be flexible, learn and perform challenging tasks outside area of skills and experience, consulting experience. We welcome bilingual candidates; proficiency in an Indigenous language or French is valued in this role.

Base salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.
Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
