Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

38,700 - 48,400

What you’ll do here :

For the Summer 2026 Internship term, we are actively recruiting for the following roles:

Claims, Personal Lines

  • Follow-up of files and activities (Compensation Contact, support to experts/analysts, updates and coordination).

  • Preparation of documentation (subrogation, judicialization, assembly of parts, creation and sending of PDFs of automotive files.

  • Process new requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality and accurate data entry into tools (tile and work platform management).

  • Optimize the assignment of files: perform the necessary searches, adjust the weighting as needed and carry out transfers according to the situation. 

Administrative Support Archives and Digitization & Mail

  • Preparation and processing of documents for digitization

  • Prepare incoming mail and paper documents, fill out slips, record essential information, categorize checks.

  • Create/update batches and ensure quality before scanning.

  • Participate in projects at the warehouse (listing, moving and identifying boxes).

  • The person will need to be able to occasionally lift boxes weighing an average of 25 to 35 lbs.

  • This position requires an office presence five days a week

  • Ideally must have a vehicle and a driver's license.

What you bring to the table:

  • You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)

  • You are enrolled in a post-secondary institution degree program (Business, Commerce, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)

  • You are available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Summer 2026 term (September to December)

  • You will return to studies in the Fall 2026 or Winter 2027, after your internship

  • (For Quebec applicants) You are bilingual (french and english) : Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
