What’s the role?

As a Business Manager for our Indigenous Business portfolio across WA, you will play a critical role in achieving Westpac’s strategy of financial inclusion and wellbeing for Indigenous customers and their businesses.

 What do I need?

  • Strong Banking experience (Business Banking preferred but not essential) coupled with an understanding of credit policy
  • Experience in a customer-facing / phone-based sales role 
  • Ability to travel to customers (own vehicle required and KMs reimbursed)
  • Cultural awareness and a genuine appreciation for diversity and inclusion
  • High-performer energy and a unique ability to gauge and nurture strong relationships 
  • Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service
