In this role, you'll:


You’ll participate in a paid, 24 months intensive Administration Support program to develop the skills and capabilities you need to become a successful Administration professional.


You’ll learn how to carry out all the role responsibilities of an Administration assistant. 


Throughout your training, while you are a part of this unique program, you will assist in documentation and delivering administration solutions to ensure that the teams are functioning at the highest efficiency levels.

 

This role would combine coordination with essential administrative responsibilities, thereby ensuring efficient data handling and reporting, accurate documentation, and effective communication across the team. You would be act as a central point of contact between teams and play a vital part in maintaining workflow, supporting the Supervisor, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.


Just to list, broadly you will:


• Provide high level administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations through coordination of meetings, procurement receipting, and compliance-related tasks.


• Compile and document information to support the development of reports and documentation. Maintain accurate records and registers


•Deliver professional customer service and onsite support team members, contractors, and employees, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

While the path to becoming an Admin assistant is dynamic and rewarding, our Trainee program also reflects the flexibility in work conditions and personal commitments. You’ll need to be prepared to work in rotation which would mean working from different office locations and with different teams every 6 months

About you


With exceptional attention to detail, you excel at multitasking and managing competing priorities effectively. You are a task oriented professional willing to roll up your sleeves and getting the job done. Your strong communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills allow you to connect with individuals at all levels. You have the ability to think critically, adapt, and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Highly organised, you maintain a high degree of accuracy in all tasks. Prior experience in office management will be highly regarded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Word and/or Excel is essential to succeed in this role. You will be comfortable working from different locations and operational sites. You’re prepared to commit to a long-term career as an Admin or a Customer service professional You enjoy interacting with customers, can tailor your communication style to people from all walks of life, and provide clear and accurate instructions.
