The Building Respiratory Equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Island Health (BREATH) team is passionate about finding ways to improve
the health trajectories of children, with an emphasis on lung health in Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander children. We now have an exciting opportunity for an
Aboriginal Senior Project Officer to join our team.
The Aboriginal Senior Project Officer will support the facilitation of research projects within the BREATH team, with a focus on participant recruitment of non-Aboriginal and Aboriginal children in our studies. All Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander employees will have support from our Kulunga Aboriginal Unit.
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Conveniently located at Perth Children’s Hospital, this position will be offered for an initial 2-year period. This role will work on a 0.6 FTE basis over 5 days.
