WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is seeking an Aboriginal Children’s Health and Development Practitioner to join our Child Health and Development (CHAD) team in a short-term opportunity. This culturally significant role focuses on improving the health, development and social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal children from birth to 7 years, working closely with families, community and multidisciplinary health professionals. We offer a supportive team environment, culturally safe practice, professional development opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful difference for Aboriginal children and families across the region.

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is in Gawler).
