ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Momentum Collective in Ballina. As a Case Manager Womens Domestic & Family Violence, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence. This is a part time 4 days per week fixed term contract to end June 2026.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are an experienced Aboriginal Case Manager with a background in Womens Domestic and Family violence. Working with the understanding of trauma informed care, you are compassionate, have high problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers to deliver a holistic service.

Criteria:

• This position has been identified to be filled by a female under the Anti- Discrimination Act 1977 exception #48 section 31.
• Qualification in a social science or related field and/or specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
• Casework experience in an associated field.
• Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities.
• Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordination of people with complex support needs.
