We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Aboriginal Community Engagement to lead a high-performing team delivering engagement outcomes that make a real difference.
About the role
In this leadership role, you will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and expert advice to support infrastructure delivery, operations and maintenance across the State.
You will lead a team of professionals to deliver culturally responsive engagement, strengthen relationships with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across a dynamic and complex program environment.
