Our Human Resource Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney), commencing on 8 February 2027. This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations and exposure across your chosen field.
From day one, you will be a permanent full-time employee and will have a permanent role upon completion. What You’ll Do
Join the Graduate Program in one of two specialities (Human Resources or Communications) gaining hands-on experience, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to work that shapes IAG’s people experience and reputation.

What You’ll Bring
You’re enthusiastic, curious and motivated to build a career that makes a positive impact for people and communities.
A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026
A credit average achievement (65%+)
A collaborative, team focused mindset and strong communication skills
Ability to work at least 2 days per week in the Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) office in line with our hybrid working approach
You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
This role is a designated role and only available to a person that identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
